Dear valued customer.
As with every February, we are at the point of the year where we look at increasing our prices.
Over the past 12 months we have had to increase prices three times, and conscious of this we have tried to keep further increases to a minimum.
As you know, we love to support our customers, however, over the last few months, we have experienced price increases from our suppliers on our materials. Add into those, increases in energy, wages, and other overhead costs and we find ourselves beholden to the current economic climate.
We have absorbed the increases as long as we possibly can but now unfortunately have no choice but to pass these costs along.
We hope that you understand and thank you for your loyalty and support during these difficult times.
