I make hand-thrown domestic ware. I use coloured slips to create loose lively colour which is the backdrop for my sea creatures: shrimp, fish, crabs etc. My inspiration came from sailing in the Mediterranean for many years and the colour, quality of light and the sea creatures I could see from the back of the boat constantly delighted me. My pots are lively and robust and look lovely filled with good food; salads, olives, fish, oranges and lemons!
