Molochite 30’s is our coarsest Molochite grog, specially manufactured from calcined China Clay, a highly refractory white grog known for its exceptional durability and thermal resistance.

Fine grades of Molochite are commonly used to reduce shrinkage in engobes and enhance thermal shock resistance, ensuring greater stability during firing. Meanwhile, coarser grades like Molochite 30’s are widely incorporated into clay bodies such as Earthstone, adding strength, texture, and structural integrity to large-scale or heavily worked ceramic pieces.
