Collecting Your Clay

We are delighted to offer a clay collection service for those who prefer to pick up their materials in person.

To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, we’ve outlined everything you need to know about collecting your clay order.

Placing Your Order for Collection

Browse & Order Online:
Visit our online shop and select the materials you wish to order. 

Choose "Pickup in store" at Checkout:
At checkout, simply select the "Collection" option prior to ordering.
How Long Will It Take to Prepare My Order?

If ordered between:

9am-1pm, Monday to Thursday and 9am-11am on Fridays.

  • Standard Orders:
    We require 3 hours to prepare your order for collection. This ensures your clay is carefully packed and ready for transport.
  • Bulk or Custom Orders:
    For larger quantities or custom clay blends, we need much longer for preparation. Please get in touch with our sales team for confirmation prior to ordering.

Please ensure before placing your order, that we are open. 

Throughout the year, we have 3 annual shutdowns and are not open on Bank Holidays and weekends. 
How Will I Know My Order is Ready To Collect?

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is ready to collect. Please do not arrive before receiving this notification to avoid unnecessary delays.
Where to Collect Your Clay

Collection is available from our clay collection point located at:

Valentine Clays Ltd. Valentine Way, Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent. ST4 2FJ

Please check our opening hours before visiting to ensure we’re available to assist you.
What to Bring When Collecting

  • A copy of your order confirmation (digital or printed)
  • A vehicle suitable for transporting your clay safely, especially for larger orders. You can find out the maximum weight your vehicle will carry from your car manual. Don't forget to firstly subtract the weight of any passengers or other cargo.
