Our much-loved annual calendar returned for 2026 and once again it proved to be a wonderful celebration of creativity, community and craft.
This year’s theme, “Centre Yourself. A Year of Pottery and Positivity,” focused on the powerful connection between making and wellbeing. Each month showcases the work of a selected potter alongside an uplifting, reflective message, encouraging moments of calm, creativity and inspiration throughout the year.
The call for entries received an exceptional response, with potters from all over the world submitting their work. This year saw a record-breaking number of entries, reflecting not only the popularity of the calendar but also the incredible talent within the global ceramics community. The sheer volume and outstanding quality of submissions made the selection process particularly challenging.
Alan and Linda Ault were tasked with choosing the final twelve, and both commented on how difficult the decision was due to the consistently high standard of work. From functional forms to expressive surface decoration, the entries highlighted the diversity, skill and passion that define contemporary pottery today.
The calendar continues to be a meaningful way for us to connect with our customers, share inspiration, and celebrate the wider ceramics community we are proud to be part of.
We would like to thank everyone who took the time to enter and help make the 2026 calendar such a special and positive reflection of pottery around the world.
This year's calendar will be sent out with every order from mid November through December whilst stocks last.
