Description

LoStone Dune is a warm, buff-firing stoneware clay with a natural, earthy tone and excellent workability. Based on fireclay ingredients, Dune offers a beautifully textured, refined surface that performs well for both functional and decorative ceramics.

As part of our pioneering LoStone range, Dune is the UK’s first low-fire stoneware, vitrifying at just 1160°C. Traditionally, stoneware has required high firing temperatures, but LoStone Dune redefines that standard delivering the strength, durability, and character of high-fire stoneware at significantly lower temperatures.

We recommend firing Dune to a maximum of 1200°c
