In September, members of the Valentine Clays team joined other local businesses to take part in the DJH Cup, an annual 5-a-side charity football tournament held in support of Caudwell Children.
The event brought together teams from across the local business community for a day of friendly competition, teamwork and shared purpose. While we didn’t take home the trophy, the Valentine Clays team proudly reached the semi-finals, enjoying every moment of the challenge along the way.
With a fantastic atmosphere on and off the pitch, the tournament was a great example of what can be achieved when businesses come together to support a worthwhile cause. Thanks to the generosity and enthusiasm of everyone involved, a fantastic amount of money was raised to help Caudwell Children continue their vital work supporting disabled and autistic children and their families.
We’re proud to have taken part in the DJH Cup and to support such a positive, community-led event.
